Practice

Starting with 2 months of intense training for you or your HR-team, because before we can start, there needs to be understanding and awareness of the concept of Mindfulness.

Prepare

You or your HR-team will deliver in the third months an implementation plan and kick-off presentation to the rest of the team to get them engaged and make them familiar with the concept of Mindfulness.

Perform

Our team-wide implementation will be highly effective and fit into a busy schedule requiring only 2 a 4 collective meeting hours a month, other exercises can be done individually on our education platform.
